iPhone won’t ring while watching videos on Facebook

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!! Go to settings, turn the call notification style from banner to full screen, this will automatically pause the video that’s playing, and allow your phone to ring.

iPhone won’t ring while on video!! I have the iPhone 14 Pro Max and I just got it. I’ve noticed while I’m on Facebook or any video streaming platform watching a video that my phone will not Interupt the video and ring aloud. I can set it to banner style and it will only drop a small banner with the call but not cancel any sound from the video nor stop the video from playing. If I set it to full screen notification it will stop the video from playing and have a full screen notification but it will NOT ring aloud. So if I’m not looking directly at the phone or if I’ve dozed off watching a video or don’t have my eyes directly on the screen I will not see the call. Hope that makes sense, bc this is sooo frustrating. Can anyone help!?!?
