adding apps to 3rd generation Apple TV ?
Can apps be added to 3rd generation Apple TV ? Turn on Apple TV, various pictures (apps) to Netflix, movies, Apple TV, etc appear. We use to have a Hulu app but it is gone. Ant way to add it back on?

No. 3rd generation Apple TV's do not support apps. They have server pushed channels. There is no way to add or remove them.
Hulu stopped supporting the 3rd generation Apple TV and as such removed their channel from Apple's servers. It can no longer be accessed.
