Payment Method Issue

My card expired and i’ve recently received a new one. When trying to add new card it consistently says the form is not complete even though i’ve filled out all details with new card details and i can’t remove the expired card details at all even though i’ve removed all subscriptions from said card have since been canceled.. infinite loop doing my head in! help pleaaaase
