CarPlay.app in iOS Location Services

Hello,

I'm finding two instances of "CarPlay.app" in the location services as shown in the attached screenshot. Strangely, you cannot disable both and one will always have access to your location data.

Is it expected to have CarPlay.app in the location services, asking for the data access?
Is there a way to disable both instances without turning the location services off completely?

How to get rid of BetMGMSports_GeoComply having my location status on Control Center I had installed the BetMGM sportsbook app on my phone. I have now uninstalled it, but I still shows up at the top of the the control center that it is using my location. I know that these sportsbook apps need your location to verify that you are in a state where it is legal so I had allowed the app to have my location. But now that I have deleted the app I no longer want it tracking my location. I tried reinstalling and uninstalling the app but that did not work. What it seems is that geocomply is a service that these sportsbook apps use to verify your location and maybe when I uninstalled the app from my phone it is not removing the geocomply part of it? I just want to get rid of it for privacy and to not have it wasting my battery. Is there anything I can do? I do not see any topics about this issue when searching the internet.

How does the weather app choose which location to open open location services are not enabled? I expect weather app to open to the last displayed location, unless I have a location, services enabled, in which case I expected to know my location and give me the local weather. As often as not, what I want is not my local weather, and I do not routinely enable location services for weather. But it seems like it is trying to pick a location that is not based on the order in which I have arranged the locations and I track in the app. It seems it is using some kind of secondary information to fix these things, because it is not entirely random, and it is very annoying behavior. I always want it open to the location that I have put on top of the list whether I am there or not. Can I force it to do that?
