Unable to access MS Office 365 Exchange Mail from all 3 of my devices

Today I upgraded my MacBook Pro 16(2019) to macOS Ventura, iPhone 13 Pro Max to IOS 15.71, and iPad Air 5th generation IOS 15.71.  Since I upgraded all 3 devices, I’ve lost access to MS Office 365 Exchange on all my Apple devices.  Does anyone have any ideas?

We often find that a device running a different version of MacOS is seen by third-parties as a DIFFERENT device, and is therefore required to complete extra authentication to be recognized.


Yesterday you logged in from a Mac running Monterey. Today a Mac running Ventura tried to connect, and was, of course, refused.


Contact the vendor (Microsoft) for guidance.

It does not sound like you heard me. This is not a technical change on Apple's part. Or on Microsoft's part.


You have effectively (from the perspective of office 365) logged on with a different computer. This is a side effect of the way Microsoft does their authentication.


The procedure I expect you need to follow is to somehow notify Office authentication that THIS computer is the one that takes over from the old one, that was running Monterey. That could consist of some sort of notification of your upgrade, or possibly a de-authorization of the "old" computer and a new authorization of the "new" computer.

I don't think you understand. The 3 devices are a MacBook, iPad, and iPhone. Office uses Exchange for authentication requiring a UID and PW, not device authentication. We've had Office 365 for 9 years and Macbooks for 9 years and NEVER have we experienced any issues until today. I would agree with you but there's one common denominator. The MacBook pro, iPad, and the iPhone up until this morning can connect to Office 365 Exchange server. Once the MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPhone were upgraded to today NONE could connect to the Office 365 Exchange server. I've been IT since 1979(IBM Mainframes) I think I know an OS bug I see one.
