Apple Arcade Subscription for Mac
I took the three free months of Apple Arcade that came with my new Apple purchase. The games cause my MacBook to heat up for the first time and twice crashed it leaving a red screen. I managed to get it going again but. HOW do I cancel this subscription? Advice found by search on Safari reads:
- Select your user name located toward the bottom left of your screen alongside your profile picture.
- Click on View Information toward the top right of the window.
- Choose Manage. After selecting Manage, you’ll see your Apple Arcade subscription.
- Click on Cancel Subscription to complete the rest of the process.
This does not work. Under my user name in the App Store there is no "View Information." No manage of subscriptions. No Apple Arcade subscription or Cancel
