cellular data randomly stops working ios 16

Randomly my cellular data stops working with iPhone 14 pro max and ios 16-16.1. If i restart my phone it will work again until it will randomly stops. I never had this issue with 12 pro max and ios 15. Using 3rd party tools, i cannot ping google dns servers using ip addresses. I have reset network settings and still get the same issue randomly.
