I didn’t get my Picsart refund

Hello, I purchased Picsart annual by mistake, and I asked for a refund for it at the same day, and I got a message saying that I will get it in 1 to 30 days, it’s been 30 days and I still didn’t get anything, but it’s says i got it?. Please help me. Thank you.
