my phone has been Glitching and when I turn off my phone color lines like green pop up and I try to reset it by Press down on the off button and volume button. And its not work at all like it will nor turn on

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
(2) If the above does not work then - and the issue persists, then have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution. If you purchased the iPhone less than 12 months ago then it will have Apple’s 1YR Limited Warranty that you may be able to take advantage of.
