Should I use Samsung 9V 1.67A charger with iPhone XR?

Should I use Samsung 9V 1.67A charger with iPhone XR? Would it have any charge speed benefit over the in-box Apple 12W charger? The model number of the samsung charger is EP-TA200, fyi.

iPhone XR, iOS 16

normal ios device chargers output 5volts DC

read something about ios chargers that support fast charging may output more, but I would never risk

connecting higher than 5volts to an ios device unless it was an officially verified apple charger.
