Problems with safari (no "action" buttons viewable)

Hi,

on a few websites, for example Classcraft.com and on NFL Fantasy, I am not able to use "action" buttons. They are not viewable for me.

I attached a screenshot comparing Safarai with Chrome.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Greetings from Germany!

Hello Rojiblanco_38,

There can be different causes for behavior like this. Part can be from the website designer not having made their functions compatible with Safari, but there are others. We'd recommend the steps from If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected

Give those steps a try and test the websites after each section. See if anything changes.

Cheers!

Hey Rojiblanco_38,

Thanks for the update. If it is isolated to two webpages, it may be something specific to those sites, like extensions. If you have tried all of the steps in the article provided, the next steps is to contact Apple directly.

"You can also try turning extensions off. From the menu bar in Safari, choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences). Click Extensions, then deselect the checkbox for each extension to turn it off."
