Drobo FS and iTunes

Hi, I have a mac pro hooked up to a 1TB drive containing my iTunes media. Recently I have begun to run out of space on that drive and am considering buying a drobo fs
My question is, can I store my entire iTunes library on the drobo Fs? Any experience or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Using a DROBO myself - althou using it for backup purposes only:
DROBO supports the Apple file system - so I can't any reason why it should not work.
The only thing you have to keep in mind when your iTunes library is located on a ext drive: Make sure that that drive is mounted before launching iTunes
