HomeKit isn’t properly deleting my Nanoleaf accesory

Hi,

I was using HomeKit to connect Nanoleaf lights, I unpair it to change rooms it is in etc then pair it again to HomeKit however i can’t anymore as it says accessory is already added, try resetting it. I have hard reset the nanoleafs and reset my HomeKit however it still says this error. When I click “Add Accessories” then “More options” it shows the nanoleafs are still discoverable however I am currently no where near them and they are unplugged. I think my HomeKit still thinks it is paired though I do not see it it seems like the HomeKit still think it’s paired no matter how hard I try to reset or use another phone with the same icloud. I don’t know if it’s iCloud or the home app being really buggy but I’ve tried everything even contacted Nanoleaf support but nothing. It pairs if I use another iCloud account but I want to use my main iCloud account as it has all my information, from this I think it is an iCloud issue.

any help would be greatly appreciated

this photo above shows the nanoleafs are nearby however they are unplugged and I’m nowhere near them

this photo is when I try to connect the nanoleafs
