Deleting purchase history
How do I delete the in app purchase history from my phone

You cannot delete purchase history.

Sure. But, you'll lose access to any purchases. Apple IDs cannot be merged so everything will be lost if you begin using a new Apple ID.
That would be a painful experience as you would need to log in/out and each time you do, you'll have apps, etc. that will not work
If I have an entire new Apple ID will it clear my purchases on my purchase history page?
So I can toggle between ids?
