I don’t know, that’s a little open-ended, should you be able to use the timer feature within the camera app? 😉
If you’re trying to find the feature in iOS 16… Tap the red-highlighted caret to get the timer button…
If the timer is not working, if the camera is nor working, or there are some other issues here, please post a few more details.
