I have installed iPadOS 16 and now I need to know how to edit the Lock Screen?

Like on iOS 16 on the iPhone?

This is,, currently, not possible.

Customisation of the lock screen on iPadOS is, currently not available/supported.

This is an iPhone ONLY feature.
