Until now, the Lock Screen feature is not integrated in iPadOS like it is in IOS. And it doesn't seem to be integrated in the next version.
I think we have to wait until next year for the WWDC23. ;)

Customizing the Lock Screen is not an iPad feature. It is an iPhone only feature. You can add widgets to your Home Screen on the iPad, but not on the Lock Screen.
