Suspected malware disguised as an hidden app

There is a Chinese app installed on my phone, it’s not listed as an application under Settings so I have no way of deleting it directly. I became aware of it because Screen Time picked it up as an app that runs 24/7. I have since limited it’s screen time to 1 minute per day in hopes to minimise the damage.

Hoping to get some advise as to how I could remove it. Thought of factory resetting and restore from back up but fearing the app will only return along with the back up.

For anyone wondering why I haven’t tried restoring the phone it’s because I’ve never done a restoration and I’m scared the reset will delete some of my settings/ files - and that the malware will be reinstalled regardless..
