Ever since iOS 16 came put and I updated my iPhone X to it, I’ve noticed this show up on my phone.
Because I’ve visually impaired, I use the Zoom feature on my devices and being curious about what this was, I zoomed in and saw it says LTE.
Why does my phone show this on the Home Screen and Lock Screen?

I don’t have Zoomed enabled.
Even though I’ve got terrible vision, and should be using this, I have never and simply refuse to because it looks my phone so dorky looking and I already get plenty of comments because I use devices so close to my face anyhow.
This has never been a enabled, yet the LTE occasionally shows up in the top left corner of my Home Screen half cut off.

Very sorry, I don’t have notifications enabled for Apple Discussions and have been super busy lately and haven’t had time to come on.
Yes, it’s enabled, I have to keep it enabled 24/7 as a visually impaired person, but even when disabled or fully zoomed out, it still only shows the bottom half of a (T) and an (E)

Yes, I know that, but why is it being show in the left corner and cut off so only the bottom half of the E is showing? It never did this on iOS 15 for me.

Your screen is zoomed.
Did you take a screenshot on the phone and are using that screenshot as your wallpaper? Try a different wallpaper and see if it goes away.
No, I now use the solid black wallpaper in the wallpaper section. It comes and goes.
No, not that zoom. Settings/Accessibility/Zoom. It’s unfortunate that there are two settings with the same, but unrelated names.
Hello Captain, That Half Cut off LTE as you put it; Is you have SLEEP Focus turned on in Settings > Focus > Sleep and it is on at a Scheduled Time you have set.
