Sim 256GB Deep Purple 5G With FaceTime from UAE does it work in egypt and also is there any different from the international version.

There is no such thing as an international version.
If you bought a dual SIM model in the UAE, then you bought a grey market model. The only place dual SIM models are properly sold is in China, Hong Kong and Macau. You are not going to have a warranty on this as the warranty is only valid in the country it was purchased.
Yes it will probably work in Egypt.
