Sleep data added in error. How do i delete it in Health app?

I can not find the discussion. The link brings me to a page with the same phrase as in the email I received: ryane77 has replied to your question. You can view the full discussion in Communities. The link brings me to the support page, but not to the Communities page. When I log in, I still don't see a link that gets me to ryane77's reply. Help!
