My card was locked due to fraud. Apple app says my bank is closed which is not the case. I unlocked the card and they aren’t submitting for payment. my services are off. It’s not a new card.

Can not use card It says and it’s very frustrating because i keep seeing Apple references to fix the problem saying “Add a different card” thats hard when a person only has one card to use. And i don't know why apple is trying to take money out of my account i don't have anything due does it do it to try and verify your card is active? Because its trying to take 12$ out .
