Bluetooth is on both devices. Contacts is Everyone. Both devices are unlocked. Firewall is off. My iPhone 13 will find my MacBook Pro but when I try to pair it says it is unsupported. I had paired it successfully less than a week ago and expected that it would remain in "My Devices" so I could connect. Now it's not even seeing it.

You cannot pair the Mac and the iPhone. All you have to do is have Bluetooth on for AirDrop to work. If you still cannot get it to work, I suggest that you use the Get Support link at the top of the page, or if you have an Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment to have Apple examine the devices. They will explain your options.
