Sorry, I assumed you knew how to turn your phone on and off. Do you need me to post a link on that? Often the restart does make the SSI for the hotspot reappear, that was a first start for you to try and report back if it didn't work. Sometimes turning on Airplane mode and turning it off also helps. So what did work to fix your problem?
Restart your iPhone.

Not helpful when u give advice u may want to add in a link or some easy to understand instructions on the subject. Restart your phone was not helpful.
