Greetings AnaFana80,
We understand that audio automatically starts to play on your Apple Watch, when the Play Now feature is disabled. We suggest verifying if you have Auto-Launch Audio Apps enabled. When this feature is enabled, it automatically launches audio apps to play on your Apple Watch, when you’re listening to audio on your iPhone. The location of this feature can vary depending on the watchOS version that is installed, on your device. Here's how to check:
watchOS 9
On your iPhone:
- Open the Apple Watch app
- Go to Settings > General > Auto-Launch > Auto Launch Audio Apps
On your Apple Watch:
- Press the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch to access the home screen
- Go to Settings > General > Auto-Launch > Auto Launch Audio Apps
watchOS 8
On your iPhone:
- Open the Apple Watch app
- Go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Auto-Launch Audio Apps
On your Apple Watch:
- Press the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch to access the home screen
- Go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Auto-Launch Audio Apps
Let us know if this helps.
Best wishes!
