i was setting up my new iphone 14 pro max and i was trying to transfer my phone number from my 12 pro max but since the 12 pro max has a physical sim card and the 14 pro max has an Esim i couldn’t just transfer the card and when i tried to set up the cellular network it would just say that the phone number could not be transferred because the account is ineligible. and when i tried to transfer the sim via other options i tried it by doing the “transfer from nearby iphone” option but then it just ends up telling me there is no phone number
Is that notification coming from a particular app that you are using? Provide more details around this issue please.
