Mail will not accept my bigpond password, it is correct and running on iPhone and iPads. I have restarted computer and deleted mail account and tried to reload but it will still not accept my (correct) password. Any suggestions?

Disable Caps Lock:
Is caps lock enabled? If so, disable it. Try entering it once more.
Use a New App Password:
Do you use an App Password? If so, try a new App Password. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix). For example, you'd go here for gmail: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google

Thanks for quick response. I have made certain that caps are not locked and have tried at least 10 times to enter password, I don't use an App Password - My email account is Telstra Bigpond and they generate password for me. I am not very technical so need to have an easy fix
tried again and it seems to be fixed - might have been a problem at Telstra - thanks for responses
