Purchase

I transferred funds to my Apple ID from my personal bank Account my Apple ID was not credited and I got debit from bank.Now my bank wants Apple to prove they did not take the funds .How do I get this done because I need my money back because I got a card declined from Apple and the purchase was never recorded in my purchase history as previously done.The amount debit was 2218 which was debit twice from below it can be seen my balance was 500 if it was credit it should be 4500 because I did the transaction twice and debit twice.I need help from Apple to enable the bank refund my money
