If you are able to connect earpods and watch, it means that bluetooth is working fine on your iPhone.

For those specific accessories (UE Boom & Sony speaker), if you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, I suggest that you contact their manufacturers support teams and check for firmware updates, or specific settings to re-pair them to your device.
