Hello.
I am able to start the phone and log in the iPhone account, so the password is fine but I cannot add / update apps. The verification fails.
1. the phone number of the recovery account is not linked to an iPhone anymore,
2. the user forgot is iphone password,
-> how can I reset the app store password?

Hello everyone, --> solution:
I had to call the support.
In the end, this is the fix:
1. Uninstall the apps that cannot be upgraded.
2. Reinstall them.
Some of the apps were somehow linked to the iTunes/ Apple App Store of my son, not of mine (because he had helped to install them) So it required the password of my son to upgrade, and not my apple ID.
If it can help anyone out there....
