Widex Moment hearing aides

I have my husbands hearing aides pair to both his iPhone and iPad. Can you have both devices turned on for them to work or does one device have to be turned off,

Yes, you can pair them to the iPhone and iPad at the same time. Check your "Handoff" settings. There can be issues with having both devices paired at the same time, but you can turn off bluetooth on the device he is not using to keep his hearing aids from moving between devices and turn bluetooth on for the device he is using.
