MacOS Ventura Installation error
Since last 3 days my Mac showing "Loading installation information'. kindly advise

Force Shutdown the Mac by holding the Power button down till it shuts down. Then boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and see if the loading message is gone. .
Note: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries you should connect it with its charging cable to assure a boot into Safe Mode or the Recovery volume.
If the problem persists, boot into the Recovery volume (boot with the Command + R keys held down - Intel Macs) or (How to Boot an M1 Mac into Recovery Mode) and reinstall the system.
If the problem does not persist in the Safe Mode try installing Ventura again from there.
