I am having an issue with my iPhone notification and having a hard time to remove it
its not a regular notification and I don’t know how to define it
so I’ll add a photo
please help me to get rid of it 🙏

Based on the screenshot you've shared, the number you are referring to is not a notification, but rather is part of the iPhone name. This is something you can edit under Settings > General > About > Name, as described here: Change the name of your iPhone - Apple Support.
Once you have edited the device name, it may take some time for it to reflect in the devices list associated with your Apple ID. Restart your iPhone, and wait about 24-48 hours to see if it updates: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
