I downloaded an apple card for $100 on 5th October to pay for my upcoming subscriptions. I cant see where the Apple card was applied to my account and now my Credit Card has been compromised. Can you help me see if my payment was redeemed?

It seems from your reply, that the gift card is now a $100 account balance, ready to use for payments.
You can likely log-in to your Apple ID Account with your Email address:
Exception: (In a few countries it can be your phone number)
Online: Apple ID Account Log-in at: https://appleid.apple.com
