I've been periodically entering my blood pressure data into Health app. I would like to share it with my doctor, so he can determine if it is high or normal. Since I am going there anyway, the easiest thing for both of us would be to create a printout using the printer connected to my Mac, but I do not see a print, save, export to Pdf or similar option. I also do not see any help function in the app. How can I do this? Thanks.

You likely realize the iPhone 6+, released by Apple over eight years ago, cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 12.5.5.
You should not expect newer apps to be supported on such an old iOS version.
And for those “old school” doctors, printing screenshots is always an option.

The ECGs can be printed natively.
You can export other data to Numbers or Excel and manipulate it there. It's a lot of data and can be a bit of work to make manageable.
I've also used an app called QS Access to export smaller sets of data to a file. It's quite useful. I think it was free.
Health Reports is another app. It has a one-time purchase fee of $4.99 for more than a couple of reports.
I did check out that Apple support article before I asked the question, but notice it says it requires "An iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 15 or later." My phone is a 6Plus, so it won't support iOS 15 or later until I get a new one. Also, many doctors are decidedly old school and would probably prefer just getting a printout.
Like I said, I'm planning to get a new phone soon. But this raises the question, does the newest Apple Health support printing from the Health app? Sometimes paper is the easiest method of transmitting information, as it does not require both parties (sender AND receiver) to be tech savvy.
