Hello Mikethecarthief,

To change the display settings go to System Preferences > Display, then in the Color Profile drop-down select the iMac option which is the default one it would've been original set to.

Calibrate your Mac display

If you have turned on the color filters, you can turn that off in System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Color Filters, and uncheck the Enable Color Filters option.

Use color filters on Mac

Cheers!
