It appears you're struggling to add an Apple TV to the Home app on your iPhone. In order to do this, you'll need to follow the steps on this screen:
- Unlock your iPhone
- Enable Bluetooth in Settings > Bluetooth.
- Hold the iPhone close to this Apple TV (You may need to put it next to the device.)
