Update the birth date associated with your Apple ID - Apple Support shows how this can be done.

However, you didn't state the age of the child. If the age on the Apple ID is recorded as being under 13 a different process is required, as noted at the foot of the document: If you need to change the birth date for a child, contact Apple Support.
