Billing on App Store
my App Store keeps asking for billing information to download apps. My payment method is correct and my card is still good but it keeps saying “failed” for my card.

Troubleshooting Declined Methods of Payment:
See this Link: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. Add this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
