Why after installing OS ventura does the message "your graphic processor is incompatible" when using photoshop?

Apple Support for Intel based Macs I purchased my MacBook Pro with the intel chip ( AMD radeon pro 5500) in January of 2021. It works perfectly fine but I have noticed a decrease in the support for the apps and softwares for these Mac's. Adobe Lightroom just informed me that my graphics card is no longer supported moving forward with the new software versions. My MacBook was $4,000. It's barely 2 1/2 years old and im steadily being forced into purchasing a newer MacBook but I absolutely can not afford it. I use my MacBook for work every single day. Does anyone else have this issue and what have you done to try and over come this or is everyone just installing the old versions of these apps?

Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) update is not good once I've updated my mac the device is not working probably in Photoshop and all adobe apps and even in safari is getting stuck Finder as well, I have restarted the mac several times with no luck of enhancements. any support please?

My first thought is that it’s Photoshop which is not compatible so your first port of call is the Adobe Photoshop support group where you may be pointed to an updated version.
