FWIW, there is no adjustment for the Open/Save dialog windows. Your best option would be to zoom the screen using either Full Screen or Picture-in-Picture. System Settings > Accessibility > Zoom.

You can adjust the size of the thumbnail/icons by sliding the zoom bar at the bottom
The sliding zoom is present only on the finder window, but no in the "open file" window. That is my problem.
Thank you, but unfortunately for choosing many images to open in an application, this way is impossible to use because it enlarges the whole window and not just the images to be chosen.
This is absurd....
