restore deleted photo

Hello apple team,

can you please advise how can I restore the photo that was deleted several months ago. It's not in deleted box. and once I delete it from my phone it's also synchronise in icloud and all my devices. The photo was made 9th April 2022 and contains important information, It was deleted by mistake.
