but it says my Macbook isn't compatible ?

my MacBook is from the Early 2015 so it must be able to get the Latest macOS updates

but it says that the Ventura macOS latest version isn't available

so how can we fix this problem

Your MacBook cannot run Ventura. You need one from 2017 or later.
