How is NBA League and AppleTV+ doing these days?
I'm about to sign up for NBA League but am wondering if AppleTV is no longer having the buffering issues like in the past

Buffering issues are usually network related, not device related.
If your internet plan has sufficient bandwidth, and your home network is bringing enough bandwidth to the Apple TV box, then the only remaining buffering cause is the content provider itself.
