HomePod Siri commands no longer working

Hi, As of about 1 week ago Siri is no longer responding to my commands the same way they used to.

"Hey, Siri read me the news" used to result in the national news headlines being read to me.

"Hey, Siri what's the weather like today" used to get me the weather.

Now both of these commands get me "I found some results on the internet, I can show them to you if you ask again from your iPhone"

My Homepods will now also only play music from my library and will not use my subscription. I have to start the music on my phone and then transfer it to homepod.

What has happened?

I have updated all my software and restarted the homepods.
