Refund problem

I was charged $33.46 for apps I deleted but it still says I have a subscription. I made a claim, It says I have been refunded, but I still have not gotten a refund. I should’ve gotten $33.46 back towards my apple cash.

Refund from an app So I recently downloaded a app on my phone and I was charged $21 for something I was unaware of, and I didn’t agree to any purchases or subscriptions, but it still charge me for a subscription on the app! I emailed the people on the app and they told me that they refund policy is connected with Apple and that I would have to contact y’all to be able to get my refund back , please get back with me as soon as possible. Refund Hello I was wondering if I can get a refund I was on a one month free subscription and it recently finished and I was charged for $11 and was wondering if I could get it back.
