There's many sounds available that you can select from. We recommending testing them out and finding the one thats best for you.

To test out the different alert sounds that are available for messages, go to Settings > Sounds or Sounds & Haptics > under the section labeled "Sounds and Haptic Patterns, tap Text Tone.

From there, you will see a list of tones. Tap on a name to hear it's sound. Once you find the one that you would like to use, select by tapping it. A checkmark should appear next to it, letting you know it's enabled.
