Hello Rita Giarratano, To change your Billing Address you need to sign into your Apple ID account. On the internet go to www.appleid.apple.com > Sign in > Click on down arrow next to SignOut > Then click on Payment Methods > Click on View Details > There under Payment Method make your Billing Address Changes and save them when done.
