I can't figure out how to see the movement of the phone, even that I have used google maps to get to a place after where my phone probably was stolen , but I need confirmation by location as later on it ended up being on anoter side of city

There is no way to get a trace route of where you or your iPhone have been. Find My only offers the most current location of the iPhone.
If Google maps stores your activity and locations, you would have to ask Google if there's a way to view that.
