I have to restart AirPods Max pretty much everyday

For the last couple of weeks I have to restart/reset my AirPods Max almost everyday. At least once a day when I put my headphones on, they don't turn on. The noise cancellation is off and I can't switch it on. I can force connecting them to my iPhone, but they work as if I've switched the ANC off.

They work fine when I reset them (i.e. press volume control and ANC button for 15 seconds).

My devices (including the headphones) are up-to-date. Thanks!

Hello jkorycki,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with your AirPods Max. If the issue isn't resolved after resetting your AirPods Max, does this only occur on one device? If this occurs on other devices as well, please reach out to Apple directly for assistance here: Get Support

We hope this helps.

Cheers!
